If you merely would like to stake you will receive our rETH token when you deposit. You can then do as you wish with this token, it is going to still acquire staking benefits over time and will be bought/traded or traded again to Rocket Pool for ETH + rewards when there is liquidity obtainable for the trade. ETH that other stakers have deposited,
